First Team® Football Warranty Information
Warranty Information:
All First Team football products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery. Additionally, most products are warranted to the original retail customer for a given period of time as stated in the literature. Below is an explanation of First Team's warranty levels for football products.
Limited Warranty:
Covers any damage or failure that occurs during the course of normal or intended use of the product. Normal or intended use of the product shall be described as activity that is necessary for participation in the sport for which the equipment is designed. Malicious or deliberate damage caused by vandalism is not covered under First Team's Limited Warranty.
Superior Warranty:
Covers any damage or failure caused by any type of football activity or associated use of the product. Associated use of the product includes but is not limited to player contact with the goal.
Any normal wear and tear caused by weathering or UV exposure is not covered under any First Team warranty. All painted items carry a one year limited warranty on coating.
